what's effecting my hops

First year cascades in a 20" pot. Having issues with yellow spots turning brown with the leaves and bines becoming fragile.

Two Regs, but keg pressure differs

Ok. I'll try to keep this short and sweet:

I have a two regulator setup. A high pressure right off the tank that feeds one keg and a second regulator. So i can run on high and one lower if needed....

Sorry it took so long to get back to the thread having a 4-mo old really changes free time I can't post pics. Two kegs fit. And the tank will based on measurements and mock ups.
