I used 14 awg for everything that services less...

I used 14 awg for everything that services less than 15 amps, and 10 awg for everything else... on the diagram everything above the middle of the ssr is 10 awg.

Did you use pellet hops straight in the boil water? Perhaps a hop holder or hop spider will help next time. You may also consider a false bottom for your grain bag to sit on above your elements.

Thanks for the advice, I put it up to 30 psi, now I'll let it sit for a few weeks. I didn't back-sweeten and fermentation was complete.

I'll let you know how it tastes in March.
