Chances are you just need longer lines. It is the easiest fix to most foaming issues. I have 2 taps, one with 5' lines and one with 10' lines (I recently replaced a line so I bought the longer one)....

I haven't used Vienna exclusively in a recipe so I can't vouch for how good it is in it's own. I have heard it is great though. Actually I think Negra Modelo is 100% Vienna and it's delicious.

It looks pretty good to me. I did a cal common this spring with a 50/50 split of 2-row and Vienna and a very similar hop schedule. It turned out very good.

Unless you are dry hopping or aging on fruit or wood then a secondary vessel is usually not necessary. I usually just leave the beer in the primary fermenter for about 2-3 weeks depending on the beer...
