I might get flamed here but why can't you dilute it down with clean bottled water. Calculate what you should add to get to your original planned og or even just half way there. Even just .25 gallons...

Just to update... I racked it to a keg today. Og1.054. Fg 1.015. NOT very sweet at all thank goodness. You guys had me worried. Tasted good considering. Will update in a few weeks when it's carbed.
