If you are just looking for a brew pot and don't want to use a keg, look for a local resteraunt supplier. I bought my ten gallon pot at one and it was fairly cheap.

I have never sanitized my hops and have never had a problem either.
Just pour them in. or put them in before racking to secondary ( that is what I do)
good luck and enjoy a nice fresh hop aroma.
