I'll use the opportunity to drink away some of the beers that aren't all that great (typically leftover commercial brews). When my sinuses are clogged my sense of taste/smell is nearly non-existent.

Cool experiment. I'm definitely interested in hearing what differences you see from the varying temperatures. I like US-05 for it's ease of use.

I would probably stop brewing if that happened to me, but that's because I wouldn't have time to brew anymore.... :D

I'm up in Ventana Ranch. There are a lot of brewers in Albuquerque. Check out a Dukes of Ale meeting if you're interested. That's a good group and there is usually some good beer at the meetings.
