So we are in Colorodo a few weeks ago and I had to try the real Fat Tire while I was there. It did not last long and then I tried New Belgiums Sunshine Wheat and it was very good, my wife liked it...

Note to self: Buy a stainless steel auto-siphon and high temp tubing. Other than that it went pretty well. Waiting on bubbles now.. Thanks for all the help.

Bump. After a few more weeks this batch tastes very good and smoothed out nicely. Every 3 or 4 days it tasted better and better. Good learning experience for me. I have 2 more 5 gallon batches...
