I would think the short/wide one would be better...

I would think the short/wide one would be better for stirring, but the tall/narrow one would be better for the sparging?

Hmm.. not sure the yeast went nuts for about 3-4 days then slowed down. The last week it was doing next to nothing. The kit said to ferment for 1 week but i left it for 2.
