Yeah, that may age out of the PA with that yeast, but the Belgian is most likely going to be full of :ban: flavor, but that is what you aim for with that brew and that yeast!

What fruit are you considering? I added 4lb strawberries and 2lb blueberries to a Belgian Wit last year (called it red, wit and blue) came out nice. I just made a star san bath and dunked the fruits...

Dude, you gotta chill that brew before you sample. Also, this can happen if you bottled before fermentation has come to fruition. Do you have gravity readings to help troubleshoot?
