From my checking it is made out of 6,6 nylon, acetal, stainless steel. I'll have to break mine apart again to check but as far as I know according to DuPont all the materials list can be approved...

I might have this wrong but do the SSR not produce more heat when actively stopping the current flow? So they would run hotter when you are running at a reduced duty cycle - and not dump too much...

Good luck! Grab a spray bottle of really soapy water and spray everything down with it and look for the bubbles. Also remember to give everything a good twist/movement just in case the leak only...
