i have a pilsner going with wyeast 2007 pilsner strain. the keg is bubbling hard with a few drops of fercap to avoid the mess at room temp brewed sunday started ferment by the afternoon yesterday.

good stuff, very much in every packy and on tap at every local pub in the northeast. i favor the boston lager and the cream stout, their sumer ale is ok but i like the magic hat version better

you only need 16g to 1/8 on the heavy side for the tube thickness, any cheap mig will do but an investment in a lincon, or hobart/miller would be worth it if you planned on using it for other things...
