If it's done fermenting (same hydrometer reading for 3days in a row) you'll need to add priming sugar if you want carbonation.

Brewed a batch of this up on saturday and it was bubbling away in less than 12 hours! Added the 45 min. addition at 60 min. by mistake, but beersmith said that would only bump up the IBUs by 1 or 2....

Just dry hopped the batch brewed with the 1210...

Just dry hopped the batch brewed with the 1210 (FWH, 30min, 15min ,& 5min to get about 38 IBU) with 1.77oz 1210, .6oz Simcoe, and 1.5 oz Cascade. Smells pretty great just one night after the dry hop....

I tried my beer brewed with 6300 this past monday, and although its not fully carbed i got a pretty good concept of the flavor. I'm getting way more of the grass/pine/dill flavors than the fruity...

I have a batch with 6300 cold crashing now, will keg by this weekend. Probably brew up a batch with the 1210 by this weekend if all things go well. I'll post my results as well.

I've never used that brand of bottle but had had no problems with bottles that size or with ones bigger/smaller for that matter.

Low mash temp shouldn't affect your gravity...

Low mash temp shouldn't affect your gravity pre/post boil but instead will make your beer finish lower in gravity after fermentation. So you'll end with a dryer beer.

If you put a damp paper towel over the airlock during fermentation it will stop almost all smell from this or any other beer/cider.
