bottling from a growler, how much priming sugar?

So recently, I started doing test batches with different dry hops in growlers. Now I want a bottle of them but I had not thought through how much priming sugar to use. Has anybody done this?

Final Gravity is reading 1.018 and holding. I don't taste "buttered popcorn". But I'm a worry wort with only a little over one year brewing under my belt.

So I've taken two FG readings to see it I'm ready to rack it and when I check the temp after taking the hydrometer reading it says 54, will this be a problem? Should I rack it and move it upstairs...

Thank you everyone! I will continue with my ice bath method, and allow the wind chill to aid in cooling! Snow is a non factor, as we haven't really had much in central PA this year.

Bottled beer seems too sweet

I bottled a Bell's best brown ale clone from byo mag and cracked one today after 10 days. Seems sweet (not malty) took a gravity reading and it's 1.02 what happened? FG at bottling was 1.016
