I agree with Broadbill. Also use high attenuating yeast. Amalyse Enzyme possibly? Warmer ferment temps and big starters. Nutrients wouldnt hurt.

All done! I used a 12v power supply and 25 ohm rheostat. It doesnt work too well with a plain glass and bolt but my flask and stir bar are otw. The leds change color too.
