Fingers, I did not lager it. I fermented it at 62F if I remember correctly and dialed it...

Unfortunately I emptied the keg getting the bottles for the competition. I may have one bottle stowed...

Very nice. I keep thinking of getting a 3rd keg for my HLT but like that my cooler is so light for dumping and cleaning.

I bet you don't wait long before adding a pump and HERMS coil... :)

I don't see how oxiclean effects the ph of the StarSan if it is rinsed well.

I have always used oxiclean and rinsed well, then sanitized with starsan.
