The great thing about kegging is you can add fresh dry hops as needed. If you have a pale or IPA that has Sat for a few months. Just toss in a bag of dry hops a week before serving.

What was your mash temp? Apparently they mash at 160 which I thought was crazy until the brewing network did an episode on it. The head brewer at Lagunitas confirmed it.
