Do you guys try to remove the husks? I have dried the grains in the oven and then ground them to flour but that's a pain.

Not a fan of chewing in husks..

Compact C02 injector. worth it?

I have a wedding that i' m taking kegs to. I don't really want to haul my full C02 tank.

Do those compact c02 injectors push beer well enough? I've read a few bad reviews....

I use a hop bag for my pellet hops and EVERYTHING...

I use a hop bag for my pellet hops and EVERYTHING in my boil kettle goes into my carboy. I use irish moss if I want clear looking beer. Most of the time I don't care if it's cloudy though.
