10 gallon batch w/ 5 gallon cooler

I'd like to make 10 gallons of the same ingredients beer. I was wondering if I could do 1 mash then run it all out as a normal 5 gallon batch, then cover up my kettle and mash another 5 gallon batch...

That kind of what I thought too about the torrified wheat. Most of the grains were popped open though so I figured I would be okay. Also the LHBS had them vacuum packed in 1lb bags so I'm not sure...
