Tasting Notes
Tastes very raspberry-y, almost close to a raspberry cooler. Very refreshing!

As a note, I think I would get rid of the cane sugar. It's a little dry tasting. Also, slightly bitter, but that could be because of the crappy raspberries I got ;)

Is this a 5 gal batch? I have a berry wheat working now and thar recipe calls for 9lbs of assorted berries and cherries. Just curious since this one says 10oz.

This was actually a 1 gallon batch haha. I just wanted to see how it would turn out. If you scaled it directly, you'd have about 3 lbs of raspberries. I also was looking at how many lbs to add and I tried to average a bunch of recipes together.
