This will be my version of late extract addition. I will steep my specialty grains in 2.5 gallons in 170 degs. water for 20 min. I will then add 3 gallons of water hot water bring to a boil and add my bittering hops, 15 min before the end of the boil add the LME and the DME, 10 min before the end of the boil add the flavoring hops and at flame out add the aroma hops. Please tell me if i left out any thing or done anything wrong. Just trying to get it right.

I am going to do my first extract brew in a long time either this week or next. If you can do a full boil try doing 1/2 your extract for the boil and the other 1/2 for the last 10min. What temp are you trying to hit with your grains at 170deg?
