I have six wine batches that are in fermentation but have not started any beer yet, I'm not a fan of this store bought beer here even though I will drink it. I want a type of double chocolate stout when I make it, looking for a sweeter beer or stout with less bitterness (though some bitterness is good but not so much like storebought beer). Do any brew kits to satisfy a pallet like mine exist? Thanks

Get a little more info into your thread titles. Here are a couple to read - notice the threads on the bottom of these oer posts are related.

Good luck with your quest.

Thanks, sorry if I posted in wrong place, I just saw beginners and I am new to brewing, the six wine batches are my first. Will check the links, I'm looking for a.kit suited best for a newbie but with flavors I.would enjoy. I used household stuff for the wine like juice from concentrate, etc outside the champagne yeast I purchased when I got my jugs and airlocks.

Sounds like you would like "Sweet Stout" or "Milk Stout" style

Sweet Stout

Thanks, I'm going to see if any stores carry a ready made one where I can get some to try, we have a high end grocery store that would have a chance of having it since they have alot of specialty foods, etc.
