Would you use a keg for secondary fermentation?

What effect would it cause? Assuming I'll release pressure twice a day, and will tap a bit to get rid of sediment on the bottom if any from time to time. Anyone does this?
 
I almost always use a keg and I don't worry about the pressure build up. A keg can handle 130 PSI before the relief valve pops. I like to fill the keg with CO2 before racking from the primary. With rare exceptions, the loose sediment clears in the first pint. Just fill and set aside for 3-4 weeks, then serve.
