I was looking at doing a gas beam on the system I am planning on building. I notice that Brutus10 uses a low pressure system (1-2psi?)... I was planning on using the ring burners on mine and using a 20-30psi regulator.

I'm using 1/16" (16 gauge) stainless steel for the frame... I don't have a way to calculate the stress involved but figure since the cornies I have take 130psi and are way thinner that as long as the welds are high quality TIG welds I won't have any problems.

Anyone else use this setup for their system???

You shouldn't have a problem but make sure your gas beam is low enough that it wont get hot while in operation. My ghetto single tier system uses 1/2" black iron pipe with tee's and end caps U bolted to the frame. I run 3 hi pressure burners from a single regulator that feeds the pipe manifold.
