The last time I bought supplies at my local home brew shop, I grabbed a bottle of IO-star, instead of Star-san. I cannot find clear directions for it's use, even from the companies' website. I mixed up 1 oz in 5 gallons of water. Now I cannot determine if I need to rinse my equipment after contact. Some directions say no-rinse and air-dry. Others, rinse with potable water. Does anybody have experience with this sanitizer?
