Now its just waiting time. Smells a little wierd lol. Hopefully the final product taste and smells like delicous beer. We will see... the smell has me woried sweet beeriesh smell

and you tasted some? hydrometer readings were good? start the 3 week timer. i tasted 1 at every week after i first bottled just to taste the change. remember 48 hours in the fridge so the beer soaks up that carbonation.

My beer always seems a bit sweeter before it carbonates. Have you tasted it? Whatever, it will be beer, and it will be good beer and you will love it, because you made it.
