Hey guys I'm new round these here parts and was hoping to get some help. I have a used beverage air bm23 that I will be using for the first time and I was was wondering what I should know about setup and what pressure reading I should keep the co2 gage and fridge temp at? Also could someone tell me of a liquor store in Chicago/NW Indiana that keeps kegs on hand preferably Modelo? Thanks guys your the greatest
