Very clear ale into soda keg, very cloudy ale out.
Bass ale copy
3 weeks in primary
5 days in keg @ 20psi
2 days @ 8 psi

Ale was suprisingly clear when I trans to keg, very cloudy out. Taste is good 8/10

I suppose your correct, I do use a wort cooler, but our tap water is not real cold now, cooling to 75F took about 50 minutes.

Usually takes my beer 2-3 weeks in keg to clear up, by then its almost too late. Pipeline being worked on.

I had a real clean siphon into keg, better than most, the ferment was also clean, that is, the traub settled well and the ale looked good going into the keg. I was surprised how cloudy it got.

What ever the reason, after 4th of July weekend, with a bushel of blue crabs, the beer will be history.
