I drank one after 1 week of carbonation, it was fanfriggintastic, carbonation was a bit weak but man it was gooooood. I had my wife taste it, she said "that's good, what is it"? Then seemed amazed when I said it was the one I just made.
Best beer I ever made, oh the only beer I ever made, so far, Belgian Pale Ale is in the secondary.
