Need a recipe for something to brew perhaps tomorrow April 16th, to be ready to serve May 13th?

I hope you're kegging. Anything reasonably low gravity ought to work. This time of year, amongst the crowd favorites, I might try the BM Centennial Blond or Orfy's Mild. Both ought to be ready pretty quickly, and fit the spring weather nicely. Naturally, they'll have wide appeal as well.
a hefeweizen, blond, or english mild will work

Both are very fast, very popular with drinkers of all styles, inexpensive, and di I mention fast?
I've been through 11G of each... Brewing another 11G of the Centennial Blonde tomorrow, and then another 11G of the Bee Cave HPA in about a month... with an IPA in between...
