I hope you're kegging. Anything reasonably low gravity ought to work. This time of year, amongst the crowd favorites, I might try the BM Centennial Blond or Orfy's Mild. Both ought to be ready pretty quickly, and fit the spring weather nicely. Naturally, they'll have wide appeal as well.
 
Pretty much anything can be done in that time. Most prefer longer to clear, but 4 weeks should be no problem for an APA, an EPA, a Stout, etc.

Just don't push the abv, and no dry hops.
 
I would say a wheat beer as well. Give it 10 days in the fermenter then bottle. I did one for a party but kegged.
