Probably 16E Belgian Specialty if it is sufficiently "Belgian-y"

Otherwise category 23 - Specialty Beer

Always remember with BJCP that they are supposed to judge the beer based on the style guidelines. Read the Belgian guidelines and substyles, the wheat/rye substyle, and the IPA styles and substyles, and figure out which one hits the most characteristics you taste in your beer.

BJCP does not give extra credit for great taste or cool experiments, they judge strictly on the guidelines.
