I would like to install a spigot on a turkey fryer SS pot to drain the wort. I was wondering if there were any kits I could buy that would have the flange/spigot, etc to make this easy?

Any old weldless bulkhead kit will do. Add a brass ball valve if you want to save a bit.
I got one of these and drilled a hole with on arbored hole saw. You should make a dimple with a nail where you want the pilot bit to go so it doesn't wobble.
