I made an American Stout this time around.

It's been conditioning in the bottle for a little over a week now.

8 lbs of Pale extract

1 lb of Roasted Barley

.5 lbs Chocolate Malt

.5 lbs Crystal 40

.5 lbs Flaked Barley

.25 lbs Black Patent

2 oz Chinook pellet hops at 60 minutes

.5 oz "Centennial" like pellet hops 15 minutes left of boil.

White Labs WLP-001 yeast strain

O.G. 1.060

F.G. 1.020 (Needed a starter, or more aeration) Regardless, beer doesn't taste too sweet.

Check out the nice lacing.

Looks nice now how about a picture of a full glass? If it's carbed after a week it might not have finished fermenting and you may have bottle bombs on your hands.

Well it stayed at 1.020 for a whole week before I bottled. Also, it takes an aggressive pour to produce a good head, so it's not too carbonated.

Some carbonation can happen within a week.
