I'm going out of town for 2 weeks, but I have a lot of cascade cones that are ready to be picked. What should I do?

Leave your address!

Seriously I've read posts of people who freeze them wet and then use them fairly soon after that.

search "freeze hops"

Yeah, I've searched, but haven't found this answered. Maybe you could point me in the right direction.

Dry them as much as you can. Even if its just spread on a screen for a day before you throw them in the freezer. Otherwise, what you are essentially doing is trying to freeze dry them without really removing the moisture. It will end up as frost on the inside of whatever bag you stuck them in and the shelf life will be significantly reduced.
