Good luck with the BIAB. I want to do the same as soon as I get a bigger kettle. Be sure to let us know how it goes.
 
I love BIAB! I only do small stovetop batches (1-3 gallons) to mix it up with my full five gallon all grain batches in the cooler mashtun. If you've got questions you've come to the right place.
