I really like this beer, it's Abita's take on an Abbey Dubbel and IMO a very tasty treat. I'm still pretty new to homebrewing (8 batches in) and so producing clone recipe's myself is still far outside of the scope of my knowledge of the ingredients and the science ... so I was wondering if anyone else out there had seen a clone recipe?

Never had abita abbey, but try making one of the dubbel recipes listed here, or one of the dubbel kits from your LHBS. Just make sure to spring for the liquid yeast. No Dry yeast will even come close. There are yeast strains from most or all of the Trappist breweries.
