Mailing Beer

I would like to mail a bottle of beer to a friend of mine. Any suggestions on packing?

Mailing beer via the USPS is illegal. UPS is the way to go.

Bubble wrap the crap out of each bottle individually, UPS.

I do a few rolls in bubble wrap ( the kind with the bigger bubbles). Tape it on and put inside a box with plenty of peanuts or other padding. I have a prodigous amount of peanuts around because of my orders from Brewmasters Warehouse. Send via UPS or Fedex. Its illegal to send alcohol through USPS. If you feel like telling them its fragile, just say you are sending picture frames if they ask what it is. Every time I tell them that, they look really concerned, and treat my package like its a bomb.

Oh yea, if its multiple bottles, be sure to pad between the bottles. The biggest problem for broken bottles is bottles inside the package bumping eachother.

LOL jk but put each bottle in a large ziploc bag before wrapping in bubble wrap just incase one does break it keeps the liquid contained
