Been reading some brewing books and came across info on overnight mashing does anybody do this or have opinions on it
 
I read on the net some where (you know it's true) that as the mash cools, it will become more like thick sugar water and not come out as well. I know their is something important about getting finished wort at the end of a mash. I'm not helping, and would like to know my self. What do you know? Your the one with the book!
