Im brewing Edworts Hefe today, the only thing that Im not sure of is my sparge water temp. Its not specified in the reciepe, Im assuming 170 degrees??? thanks

don't listen to me though - I've only done 1 AG batch myself. But everything I've read and heard is you want that sparge temp high enough to get the grain bed temp up to 160ish, and the hotter the water, the more soluable the suges --> hence easier to pass through the grain bed during your drain..errrr...I mean lauter.
