First AG IIPA

Makes me thirsty

The deets:

60 Minute Boil

1oz Chinook at 60min
.5oz Chinook at 45min
.5oz Centennial at 45min
.5oz Chinook at 30min
.5oz Centennial at 30min
1oz Centennial at flame out

2oz Chinook for dry hops on day 12

~16lbs fermantables including US 2-row, crystal 40, crystal 10, dextrin

Started at OG ~1.082
It's "cool" crashing @ 55F and will go to bottles in 2 more days for a total of 15 days in primary and an FG ~1.018.

I appreciate the kind words, Subsailor. The wort tastes amazing, so I have high hopes that the bottles will turn out perfect.

This is going to be for the first thirsty thursday in december at my work place. It's the first thursday of every month where they bring kegs around to our work stations. Some of the HB's are having a contest and we will be able to hand out our brew for a taste challenge. All I want though is to provide drinkable nectar to all my buds here. I'll post back after I crack a bottle in ~3 weeks or so.
