need help making choke cherry wine

Hi all, I have a lot of wild choke cherry trees that are getting ripe for the pickings. I have made beer in the past but I'd like to make a nice red wine with these. Any suggestions on the recepie are welcome! Now when I taste the cherry's they are pretty tart so I was thinking I'd like more of a dry wine than a sweet wine? What do you think?

For a recipe i would check out YooperBrew's Chokecherry Wine...it is good. The only place i have seen the supplies are brewing stores, but there may be other places.
