Just excited to finally get my mash tun finished and thought I would share.
I used a 62qt coleman xtreme cooler, I was going to use the 52qt but it was $5 more expensive, go figure. I used info from these forums as my guidelines. Here are some pictures.

Assembled and leak test was a success, I ended up using the rubber o-rings from the hot water hose as extra spacers between the fender washers, it ended up working really nice.

Inside, still need to clamp on the ss braid, I have read people use zip ties, any other suggestions?

I'm excited to test it out hopefully this weekend. I will be doing biermunchers centennial blonde recipe for my first all grain. Hopefully everything goes smoothly.
