Do you mean you thought it was a Belgian "wit" style yeast? If so, you'll get a mildly estery beer, at standard temps, and a little less attenuation than most wits. It'll be beer, and I'm sure it will be tasty, if everything else went well. It just won't be a witbier.
 
Sorry, should have been more specific with the recipe.
Grain bill-
5 lb. german pils.
5 lb. white wheat
1/2 lb chocolate wheat
1.5 lb. vienna
Hops
1oz. kent golding
1/2oz. perle
1/2oz. fuggle o min.
 
So you were going for a hefeweizen, then? Or a dunkel, I guess. You'll still be most of the way there, just short the characteristic banana and clove flavors. It'll probably end up more like a British blonde with lots of wheat. Anyway, enjoy. Beer is good!:mug:
