Hello,

I purchased an open fermentation tank at an auction earlier this year I have no idea how to set it up or how to get the best out of the tank.

Does anyone know where I can get information on open fermentation tanks and how to setup/work one? I have added some photos on what I purchased.

that's a big tank for homebrew but I suppose the concept is the same. you put the wort in, add the yeast and let it ferment. Being an open tank you may not need yeast.

this is true if you want a wild fermentation otherwise you do use your yeast of choice.
