Here is a recipe I put together to use up some of my hops to make room for this years crop. I fear it is too complex on the hops but this is my first imperial IPA so what do I know. Also it will have a very big starter and the sugar added after fermentation is winding down. What is your thoughts?

Here is what I have in the freezer.
Citra half 2/3rds pound
Centennial 2/3rds pound
Warrior 2/3rds pound
Simcoe 2/3rds pound
Sorachi ace 2/3rds pound
German Hallartau 2 pounds
Nelson Sauven 2 pounds

End of year double IPA

I would start the aroma additions at 10 mins instead of 20 to get a bit more aroma to come through and not use the Nelson Sauvin or Sorachi Ace. Change the dry hop Nelson to Simcoe to keep it consistent in the flavor. Should be a cracker DIPA!

Cheers!

Good ideas. I will think about some adjustments.

I'm surprised more people weren't interested, I figured a recipie with a pound of hops would get some attention. Oh well.

I hope to brew this in a couple of weeks.
