Here is a recipe I put together to use up some of my hops to make room for this years crop. I fear it is too complex on the hops but this is my first imperial IPA so what do I know. Also it will have a very big starter and the sugar added after fermentation is winding down. What is your thoughts?
Here is what I have in the freezer.
Citra half 2/3rds pound
Centennial 2/3rds pound
Warrior 2/3rds pound
Simcoe 2/3rds pound
Sorachi ace 2/3rds pound
German Hallartau 2 pounds
Nelson Sauven 2 pounds
End of year double IPA
