i am trying a purely experimental beer. no idea how it will turn out. i am aiming for a full bodied but light colored german ale balanced on the malty side. i would love it if there was some nice yeast flavor.

make your predictions!!

7# german pilsner
1# munich
2# buiscuit


3/4 oz northern brewer for 45 min

1 oz hallertaur 20 mine

1 oz hallertaur 5 min

mash at 152 for 60 min

ferment with white labs kolsch yeast at
64F for 2 weeks

crash cool for 5 days, keg for 1 week.

I'd say you're going to have something close to an Oktoberfest, with an ale yeast of course.
