So I have some people coming over tmrw for the Panther game and i want my beer ready at 4p when they get here.

I have kegged my beer at 30psi and rolled it for 1min at 15min intervals for 1 hour while its been in the fridge at 55degrees

My question is do I now purge the c02 and hit it with another 30psi or 12psi then disconnect?

Or do I reconnect the c02 and set at 30psi or 12psi and leave connected and let sit for a few hours?

Do I purge and not reconnect?

Leave as is at 30 psi over night then purge in the morning?

Thanks for any replies I searched for an answer but couldn't find what I was looking for...

I typically hit my new kegs with 25-30 psi for 48 hours, then purge and serve at 10-12 psi...

Based on your process thus far, I think I'd let it sit overnight at 25 psi...then tomorrow, purge and reset the regulator to 12 or so...
