Hey guys,

Did a chocolate stout, 7 days primary...2 weeks secondary. But I'm getting ready to bottle and I haven't done a stout before. I usually do about 5 oz of corn sugar, but am thinking for this on maybe 3 or 4 will do. I just don't want it too carbonated. oh, 5 gallon batch. Any suggestions.

Thanks,
ROB

I under carbed my first stout to try and match the style and was very disappointed. It didn't have the smoothness that a nitro tap stout does. Just seemed a little under carbed. The 5 oz amount has worked for me since then.
