It's that time of year for some holiday beer gifting. What better way to show your love of the holidays then in an amber growler.

I have brand new, yes brand new, blank amber growlers. 2.65 per growler price even includes the cap. Hurry before supplies run out.

Growlers ship in boxes of 6. Or if you are in the Burlington VT area come pick some up.

Quote 1 case to 97322 and indicate if there's a sweet spot shipping wise (1 case, 2 cases, etc.)

Or post shipping weight and any shipping "markup" for supplies and time.

It's saturday I'll price it out on Monday. give you guys the weight and a usps price. If you would like to go elsewhere for price comparison you are more then welcome to.

Next, metal caps, rubberized seal.

64 oz growlers.

Add two dollars for the packaging cost, I don't want these to break. If you would like to add insurance on top you are more then welcome to request it.

Pics of the growler can be found here.

Okay, I went this morning to price out the shipping at their kiosk, find your zip. This is just the shipping cost. So add $15.90 for the growlers and $2 for packing supplies.

77916 - 21.79
52317 - 16.47
80831 - 21.79
11733 - 14.13
19050 - 14.95
41018 - 16.47
97322 - 24.64
78641 - 21.79
08559 - 14.13
77713 - 21.79
09621 - 14.13 - The kiosk didn't have a button for fpo/ae. So I doubt if this is the real price of shipping to your zip. If it is, that price is a steal for shipping to Italy.

I use them to carb beer all the time.

I bet the shipping to 79411 is about the same as the shipping to 77916 and 77713. But don't hold me to that.

Growlers are not typically made for carbonation. Because someone does it does not make it safe.
Yeah. I was curious about the strength of these compared to the ones you can get already filled with beer. I have a few of the commericial growlers, but it would be nice to have some without painted lables for gifting beer (but only if they're safe.)

Once again I think misinformation is being spread. Growlers are DESIGNED to contain beer. They are therefore designed to hold a reasonable amount of carbonation.

What they are not designed for is force carbing or bottle conditioning levels of carbonation. These types of carbonation tend to have intermittent pressures well above the norm that given off by 2.5 volumes of co2 in solution.

It is not unsafe to fill a growler from a tap and then put a cap on it for transport. If it was there would be no way in hell that breweries would be doing it and risking a business crushing lawsuit.

Ive carbonated in a growler on many occasions. Until you have done it, and had one break on you, you shouldnt sit there and say that you shouldnt do it.

Carb away!

Okay working on getting a pay pal account set up. You'll have to bear with me, never set up a pay pal account. I'll let you know when it is up and running.

Chris

If you still have these for sale, I would like 24 of them (4 cases I believe) shipped to 54636.

Dan
