Sipping on my First Draft from the newly built Keezer!
It's delicious and having my own brew on tap in my home is amazing!
(Though potentially dangerous)

Can't wait to get all 4 taps goin!

Hops, Chocolate, and Bourbon!
We shall see...

Tossed 1/4 cup extra sugar and small chunk of dark chocolate 85% when bringing to boil after steeping grains but before hops just to boost ABV slightly...

After 60 min boil
Added 1.5 oz Dark Chocolate 85%
Before chilling wort

No wort chiller so very slow chill in ice bath in sink - 1.5 hrs before racking to fermenter...

Secondary after 14-16 days...
Added 1oz of Medium toasted French Oak Wood chips soaked in bourbon 2-3 weeks... 7-10 days
