hi guy
to be honest i have never encounter this on my brews , but recently after a long time not dry hoping i have encounter fungus or some kind of white stuff on the top of it , i don't know what it is or how to stop it can you guy help me ty in advance

Hard to tell from the pics, first thought is that it looks like the leftovers of a good fermentation/karusen. If it ends up with a still white film across the surface it may be infected, but for now I say it looks fine.

In the case of an infection, if it's caught soon enough a good option is to add some crushed Campden tablets (1 per gallon), let it sit for a couple days and then repitch yeast. The Campden will kill pretty much anything alive in there. Should be a last resort though.
